Fibromyalgia can cause difficulties with your sleep such as falling asleep or staying asleep. To relieve these symptoms and make your overall wellbeing better, try out these tips:

✏️ maintain the same sleeping schedule every day;⠀
✏️ try to relax before going to bed, avoiding any distractions;⠀
✏️ try to create a bedtime routine such as taking a bath and drinking a warm, milky drink every night;⠀
✏️ avoid nervous system stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine and alcohol before going to bed⠀
✏️ skip heavy meal late at night;⠀
✏️ make sure your bedroom is cool, but not cold, and is quiet and dark;⠀
✏️ minimize the use of your phone throughout the night.⠀
